SEND-A-SAUR USB device
30 days from delivery. Return your USB stick for a full refund if it's in working, undamaged condition — doesn't need to be unopened, we just ask that it still functions and hasn't been physically damaged.
- Changed your mind? You cover return shipping, we refund the purchase price.
- Received a defective unit? We cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
In-app skin purchases
Cosmetic skin packs ($1.99–$2.99) are delivered instantly and are final sale. If a purchase fails to unlock due to a technical error on our end, message us on Discord and we'll fix it — that's a support fix, not a refund, but we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
Message us on Discord with your order details (the email or card used at checkout). We'll confirm the return and issue your refund once the device is back in our hands.
