Terms of Service

By purchasing or using SEND-A-SAUR (the physical USB device, its companion software, and any in-app purchases — together, the "Product"), sold by SweaterBender, you agree to these terms.

What you're getting

The physical USB stick is yours to keep. The software on it is licensed to you for use with that stick — it's not sold to you outright. Your license key activates on one device at a time and can be re-bound a limited number of times if you switch computers.

Acceptable use

• The remote-access tunnel feature is for connecting to your own PC while away from home. Don't use it to access networks or devices you don't own or have explicit permission to use.
• Don't attempt to bypass, extract, or share your license key to activate the software on drives it wasn't issued for.
• Don't use the product to transfer or store illegal content.

Ownership

SEND-A-SAUR, the Steggy mascot, and all associated branding, artwork, and software are the property of SweaterBender. Your purchase gives you a license to use the Product — it doesn't transfer any of that ownership to you.

In-app purchases

Cosmetic skin packs are delivered instantly upon payment and are final sale (see our Refund Policy for the physical device's return terms).

Warranty

We stand behind the hardware — see our Refund Policy for return terms. Beyond that, the Product is provided "as available," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim additional warranties, without limiting any warranty that applies to you automatically under California law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweaterBender isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Product after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
